The Willows School has a growing team of dedicated, experienced practitioners. Please allow us to introduce ourselves:
Senior Leadership Team
My job is to make sure that you are safe and happy whilst at The Willows School, I will talk to your parents/care givers to keep them up-to-date with your school journey.
My favourite children’s book is Elmer, and I love animals.
My job is to make sure you get everything you need to help you learn and be happy at The Willows.
I have two cats called Mowgli and Minnie. I’m obsessed with penguins!
My job is to make sure we do everything we can to make your time at The Willows as successful as it can be.
In my spare time I enjoy walking my dog, reading & listening to books and exploring charity and antique shops.
SEN Classroom Teachers
My job is to teach you the skills and knowledge that you need to move forward in your learning.
I like to bake sweet treats, and to spend time with my dog Dora who is also our school therapy dog.
I am a teacher and it is my mission to make sure your learning experiences are varied and fun.
In my spare time I like to care for my 4 mischievous bunnies and play my trombone with Lincoln City Band.
My job is to teach you the skills and knowledge that you need to move forward in your learning.

My role as Active Citizen Lead means we can go out on adventures, to help the you learn new skills, build confidence, design new community based projects and connect with nature.
I love everything about animals, art, fungi, yoga, photography and sports. I like taking part in extreme challenges to push my body and mind to extremes and I’m currently learning new circus skills.
My job is to make sure you are supported in your learning and that you have a happy experience at The Willows.

My favourite hobby is playing the piano and I love animals.
My job will be to help and support you with your learning at The Willows, and I will also be able to teach musical instruments.
I enjoy baking and my favorite colours are Dark Turquoise and Sage Green.

My job will be to support you with your learning at school and make sure you are all looked after.
I love to crochet, read and play with my four adorable cats.
My job is to support you in school by making you feel welcome and helping you to thrive.
I love spending time with my family, listening to music and using music to communicate how I'm feeling.
My favourite sport is netball and my favourite film is Beauty and the Beast. I love sweets!
Admin and Support Team
My job is to help make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From making sure we spend our money wisely to looking after the school buildings and supporting staff, I help to create a safe and well organised school for our children to learn and grow.
The work I do helps the teachers and support teams to focus on what matters most - supporting our amazing children. I love the Harry Potter books, collecting stationery, and getting out in the countryside with my family and our dog.
My primary role is to make sure the School building and grounds are working as they should, keeping the place clean and tidy. Helping wherever possible with any extra hand if needed.
I like to read before bed to help with relaxing, I prefer being outdoors where possible and enjoy using my hands to make all manner of things.
I enjoy going on walks with my daughter and our dog, Colin. We love going to the beach – mainly in colder weather.
My favourite food is Chinese, and chocolate and my favourite film is Pete’s Dragon. Sometimes I enjoy watching Football and Rugby – but I don’t know any of the rules!
My job is to make sure that you have healthy, delicious, wholesome food to eat every day.
My hobbies include gardening, dancing and spending time with my grandchildren.
It is my job to keep all of your information safe, and to make sure that we celebrate all of your achievements.
I like to play computer games, and practice playing the guitar.
